Return and Refund Policy — The Lion's Den Kids

All products sold by The Lion's Den Kids are personalised digital videos created specifically for your child. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.

If you are unhappy with your video for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thelionsdenkids@cesellato.com and we will do our best to make it right.

If your video was not delivered within 7 business days of placing your order, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at thelionsdenkids@cesellato.com with your order details.
